1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Delivery Coverage

Home delivery is available all over Bangladesh, except the following areas:

• Bhasanchar
• St. Martin Island
• Chheradeep
• Some remote char areas

1.2 Delivery Time

Outside Dhaka: Delivery may take 5–7 working days, depending on courier company policy, distance, and transport conditions.

1.3 Possible Reasons for Delivery Delays

Delivery time may be extended due to the following reasons:

• Stock unavailability
• Weather disruptions (rain, storms, floods, etc.)
• Political unrest or movement restrictions
• Courier company delays
• Technical or operational issues
• Remote or rural area delivery limitations (limited vehicle access, rivers, or hilly terrain)
• Poor or damaged road conditions

2. Product Return Policy

Please read the following return conditions carefully before accepting your order:

• Customers must check the physical condition of the product before receiving it and confirming the OTP.
• If there is any physical damage or issue, the customer must return the product immediately at the time of delivery.
• Once the OTP is submitted or the product is received, returns will not be accepted.
• Returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
